JEE Main 2022 Past-Year Trends
While waiting for the exact JEE Main 2022 session 1 result date, candidates can take a look at past-year trends to predict a tentative timeline. Following is a table which summarizes the past 5-year trends –
Exam Year | Exam Date | Answer Key Release Date | Difference of Days |
2022 (Session 1) | June 23 to 29, 2022 | July second week (Tentative) | 3-4 days |
2021 (April Session) | February 24 to 26, 2021 | March 01, 2021 | 3 days |
2020 (Session 1) | January 06 to 09, 2020 | January 13, 2020 | 4 days |
2019 (Session 1) | January 08 to 12, 2020 | January 15, 2019 | 3 days |
2018 | April 08, 2018 | April 24, 2018 | 16 days |
2017 | April 02, 08 and 09, 2017 | April 19, 2017 | 10 days |
At least till JEE Main session 2019, NTA took around 3-4 days to announce the result. By this timeline, scorecards should have been released by now. Obviously there is a delay in scorecard release.
In 2018 and 17, results were announced after a gap of 10-15 days. By this logic, results may be announced by July 14, 2022. The same prediction was corroborated by the NTA official. So, candidates have around 10 days of wait to know their performance.
