SGVUEE 2021 Application Form
Suresh Gyan Vihar University has released the application form on its official website. The candidates willing to enrol themselves in the University for academic session 2021-2022 can fill the application form online. Offline applications are not entertained by SGVU. Check below the procedure to fill the application form.
Step 1: Registration- Firstly, the candidates are required to register themselves on the application portal. Following details are required to be provided for registration:

Step 2: Login- Next, the candidates have to login using SID and password, generated in the earlier step. After successfully logging in, proceed to fill the application form. All the details furnished in the applicaion form must be accurate and latest.
Step 3: Application Fee- Pay the SGVUEE 2021 application fee amount of Rs 850 using one of the following modes:
- Online using a credit card, debit card or netbanking
- Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “Suresh Gyan Vihar University”
- Challan generated online. The fee can be paid using challan at any Axis Bank branch throughout the country.
- Cash at the Finance Department of the University
Step 4: Choose exam centre and slot: After submission of application form, a link is sent to the candidates to select the test centre and date.

Minimum Qualification Criteria
School of Agriculture:
- For Bachelor’s course, passed 10+2 in science stream.
- For master’s course, passed B.Sc in agriculture.
School of Applied Science:
- For bachelor’s course, passed 10+2 in Science stream.
- For master’s course, passed bachelor degree in any stream of science.
Centre of Climate Change and Water Research:
- For bachelor’s course, passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and/ or Math as main subject.
- For master’s course, completed B.Sc/B.E. or B. Tech degree in relevant stream.
School of Management:
- For BBA, passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
- For MBA, Completed bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
School of Pharmacy:
- For bachelor’s degree, passed 10+2 with English, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
- For M.Pharma, completed B.Pharma degree.
- For M.Sc Pharmacology, completed B.Pharma/BSc Biotech/BSc Life Science/BSc Bio degree.
Gyan Vihar School of Hotel Management Catering & Technology:
- For bachelor’s course, passed 10+2 or equivalent qualification.
- For diploma course, passed 10+2 from a recognized university.
School of Technology:
- For B.Tech: passed 10+2 in science stream with Physics and Mathematics as subjects.
- For M.Tech, completed B.Tech or AIME degree.
- For Diploma, passed 10+2 with 45% marks.
Learning Centre of Excellence with Google: Passed class 12th or equivalent examination.
Centre for Cloud Infrastructure & Security:
- Completed bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute.
- For M.tech Cloud Computing & Security Powered by Amazon, Completed B.tec or AIME.
School of Health Care: Passed class 12th examination with Physics, Biology & Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
School of Humanities/SILS:
- For bachelor’s course, passed class 12th with 60% marks.
- For MA, completed Bachelor degree in Psychology.
School of Law: Candidates must have completed class 12th with minimum 55% marks in any stream.
School of Design: Candidates must have completed class 12th with minimum 55% marks in any stream.
Gyan Vihar School of Education:
- For master’s degree, completed, completed B.ed with 55% marks.
- For Integrated programme, check the GOI guidelines.
- For Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management, candidates should be a graduate in physical education.
COE-Renewable and Sustainable Energy Studies: Candidates must have completed BTech (ME/EE)/AMIE (ME/EE).
CDT-SDGs (Center for Doctoral Training-Sustainable Development Goals): Candidates should possess a ME/MTech/MSc. degree.
Gyan Vihar UG College: Candidate must have passed in class 12th with minimum 60% marks.
Note: 5% of relaxation in marks is given to SC/ ST candidates.

SGVUEE 2021 Exam Pattern
Knowing the exam pattern beforehand gives the examinees an upper hand in the entrance exam. We are providing the exam pattern for Suresh Gyan Vihar University Entrance Exam (SGVUEE) below for assistance of candidates.
Mode of Exam: SGVUEE 2021 is going to be conducted in online mode.
Type of Questions: Objective-type (Multiple-choice questions) are asked in the exam.
Duration: The test lasts for a total duration of 3 hours.
Negative Marking: The examinee is not going to lose any mark for incorrect answers. There is no negative marking for SGVUEE 2020. Hence, the candidates are advised to attempt all the questions in the exam paper.
SGVUEE 2021 Admit Card
The University releases the admit card after the application period is over. SGVUEE 2021 Hall Ticket / Admit Card can be downloaded online through SGVU’s official website, gyanvihar.org as per the schedule mentioned above on this page. It is mandatory to carry a printed copy of the admit card to the exam centre on the day of the exam. The hall ticket contains the following details: Candidate’s name, exam name, exam date and time, exam centre with address and important instructions.

SGVUEE 2021 Result
The result of the exam is declared by the University online. The candidates can check the result as per the schedule mentioned on this page. SGVUEE 2021 result is made available on the official website of Suresh Gyan Vihar University, i.e, gyanvihar.org. The result is prepared based on the marking scheme of the entrance exam. The qualified candidates are invited to the counselling process based on their result.
SGVUEE 2021 Counselling
After the result of the exam is out, the qualified candidates have to participate in the counselling process in order to get a seat in the institute. The counselling process is going to be conducted as per schedule at SGVU campus. The intimation regarding counselling schedule of counselling is sent to the candidates through email/SMS. While appearing for counselling, the candidates need to carry all original documents along with a passport size photo and a DD of Rs 15000. Counselling process consists of the following:

SGVU (Suresh Gyan Vihar University) is a private autonomous university situated at Jaipur, state capital of Rajasthan. The University was established by the Government of Rajasthan under Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur Act in the year 2008. However, Sahitya Sadawart Samiti, which is the parent institution of SGVU, was founded as early as 1938. SGVU was awarded Grade “A” by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) in 2017, thereby, making it the first private university in the state to recieve NAAC “A” grade.
