PSEB Date Sheet 2022 – Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has announced the dates for second-term exams for classes 5, 8, 10, and 12. As per the notice released, Punjab Board is going to conduct second-term exams for class 5 from March 15 till March 23, 2022. Exams for class 8 will be held from April 4 to April 22. Punjab Secondary Education Board conducts the examination of classes 5th & 8th and classes 9th to 12th every year. The board has decided to conduct the examination in two terms (Term-I and Term-II) for the 2021-2022 session. For the academic session 2021-2022, Punjab Board is conducting class 10 exam in two sessions – Term 1 and Term 2. How to Download PSEB Date Sheet 2022?
Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) will publish the date sheets for every class under it in January 2022. Candidates will be able to check and download the date sheet from the board’s website by following the steps given below.
1st Step: Candidates have to visit the official website of PSEB or clicking the direct link on the page above for your respective class.
2nd Step: Under the “Important Links” bar of the Homepage. Look for the “Date Sheet” link.
3rd Step: Click on the “Date Sheet” link. A new page consisting of date sheets of every class will open.
4th Step: Select the link of your desired class “Date Sheet”. PDF of the date sheet will be open.
5th Step: Simply download and save the date sheet on your device for future reference.

Preparation Tips for Punjab Board Exam 2022

For Class 5th and 8th
- Follow your teacher’s notes for preparation and practice from the textbooks suggested by your respective subjects teacher.
- Revise the complete syllabus by self will help you memorize things for long
- Solve PSEB Model Test Paper to familiarize with the pattern of questions being asked.
- Revise every topic/chapters you already prepared.
For Class 10th and 12th
- Follow the revised syllabus from the beginning of your session. Don’t delay in covering the syllabus as will leads to last moment burden.
- Prepare a managed schedule giving equivalent time to each subject of your curriculum.
- Make notes of every chapter you learned whether in school or by yourself. Notes help you to make quick revisions before the main exam.
- Solve as many PSEB Previous year question papers or Model Test Paper in 3 hours slot (duration of the main exam).
- The best tool to score well in the exam is revision. Revise your well-prepared chapters before the exam.
- Do not pick any new topic/chapters before the exam as it may disturb your well-prepared chapters.

PSEB Syllabus 2022
Punjab Board reduced the syllabus for the 2020-2021 session due to the pandemic. So, for this year the Board might continue with the new revised syllabus for the 2021-2022 session. However, till now there is no official notice declaring the reduction in the syllabus. For now, students of respective classes can follow the revised syllabus for their preparation.

PSEB Compartement/Supplementary Exam 2022
Students who have got supplementary in one or more subjects in the PSEB exam can give a compartment exam. The PSEB board conducts the compartment/addition examination after the declaration of the main exam result. The Board releases an online application form usually after 20-25 days of the result’s declaration day. Candidates who wish to give supplementary exams have to the application form online for the subjects they want to reappear for. The date sheet for the compartmental exam will be available on the board’s website.
PSEB Admit Card 2022
Punjab Board (PSEB) will release the admit card class-wise on their official website. Regular students (appearing for the first time) have to collect admit cards from their respective schools before the exam while private students (appearing for compartment/additional/DIC exam) will have to download their admit cards from the board’s official website at pseb.ac.in as soon as board releases it. Students are advised to collect/download their admit cards early to get to know about the examination center address and other important details.
Student must carry their admit card while going for the exam. Only students with the admit card will be allowed to enter and sit for the exam. Also, students once cross-checked the above-given details for the confirmation of spelling, non-printing errors, etc to avoid inconvenience in the verification process at the exam center.
About Punjab Board
The Punjab School Education Board also pronounced as PSEB is located in Mohali, Punjab. The board was established in 1969 after the commencement of legislative enactment in November 1969. The enactment was passed for the development purpose and the promotion of education in the schools of Punjab. Later in 1987, the Board grants its autonomy. The board has several functions which include the conduction of the public examinations at Senior Secondary, Matric, and Matriculation level, designing curriculum, courses, and publishing textbooks for the school education.
