NEET Exam Pattern 2021 – NTA has changed the exam pattern for NEET 2021. Internal choices have been introduced in the exam. Each subject in the paper will comprise 2 sections. According to the revised exam pattern, Section A consists of 35 questions and Section B consists of 15 questions, out of which, the candidates have to attempt any 10 questions. The questions in the test are objective type and are framed from the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology. There is a negative marking of 01 marks for each incorrect answer.
NEET is a pen-paper based test held for admission into courses like MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BSMS / BUMS / BHMS and other UG medical courses. The qualified candidates can take admission in recognized Medical / Dental / AYUSH and other Colleges / Deemed Universities / Institutes (AIIMS & JIPMER) in India. Latest – NEET 2021 exam pattern has been changed. This year, NEET students will be given internal choice in the Section B of every subject.
The internal choice has been provided the students because of the reduction of the syllabus by various school education boards.

NEET Exam Pattern 2021 Marking Scheme:
– For each correct answer, 04 marks will be awarded
– For each incorrect answer, 01 mark will be deducted
– Unanswered / unattempted questions will lead to 0 marks
In case, a question has been dropped / ignored, all the candidates will be given +4 marks, irrespective of the fact whether the question has been answered or not answered.

NEET 2021 will have question papers in 13 different languages. The candidates have to select one language out of the available language options while filling the NEET 2021 application form. The availability of the language selection is available as per the exam centers of NEET.

Language: The candidates are required to choose one language from the 13 languages available such as English, Marathi, Hindi, Odia, Assamese, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, Gujarati, Urdu, Malayalam, Punjabi and Kannada.
Option of Medium: The candidates are required to choose the medium of question paper while filling the application form. Select medium carefully as the option once chosen cannot be changed.
- Candidates choosing English as language will be provided question paper in English only.
- Candidates choosing Hindi language will be provided Bilingual Test booklet in English and Hindi.
- Candidates opting for regional languages will also be provided with Bilingual test booklet in selected regional language and English.
- In case of any ambiguity in translation of a question in the test, its English version will be considered final.
