MGU CAT 2022 – Mahatma Gandhi University has released the MGU CAT 2022 application form and last date to submit the form is April 07, 2022. MGU CAT 2022 exam is going to be held on 28 and 29 May 2022. The admissions is based on CAT- MGU for BBA LLB(Hons.), Integrated Programmes, MBA and M.Tech programs followed by Interview/Group Discussion/ Descriptive examination which is conducted by University Departments. The seat allotments will be strictly based on the options exercised, the rank obtained, and the eligible reservations of the candidate. MGU CAT 2022

Applications are invited for admission to the Post Graduate academic programs in the Statutory Teaching Departments and Inter School Center of the University for the academic year 2022-23. Only online registration is considered for all the academic programs of the University. Admission details, schedule, eligibility conditions and other particulars are available on this page below.

MGU CAT 2022 Application Form

Candidates who seek admission should either visit the official portal of the University, mgu.ac.in and go to the link CAT-MGU 2022. Candidates must check their eligibility criteria before proceeding further in the admission process. Below we have provided the direct link to fill the Application Form.

Registration fee:

• For General candidates: Rs. 1100/-
• For SC/ST candidates: Rs. 550/-
• For International Students : US$ 100 (Equivalent Indian Rupees on the date of payment)

The registration fee has to be paid online using internet banking/debit/credit/cash cards. Fee paid in other modes of payments will not be considered.

Note: Candidates have an option to submit the one application for maximum of four different programs. However, the candidate need to pay separate application fee for different programs. Candidate should also note that more than one online application, his/her candidature is liable to be canceled.

Step-3 After that, if you want to login again then you can by using your registration ID and passwords.

MGU CAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria, Seat Matrix

The eligibility criteria for different courses are as follows. Candidates are advised to check it properly before applying online. The candidates who will not fulfill the criteria their application form will be cancelled. Those who will fulfill all the eligibility criteria in all the formats, only can apply for it.

MGU CAT 2022 Exam Center

Candidates can check the exam center for MGU CAT 2022 from below list. Candidates can choose a maximum of 3 centers on the basis of their preference. However, the actual center will be allotted by Mahatma Gandhi University.

MGU CAT 2022 – Centralized Allotment Process for PG

The admissions based on CAT- MGU will be through a Centralized Allotment Process. There will be separate Entrance Tests for the various academic programs offered in the different Schools of the University.

• An Entrance Test is conducted for all programs except International students quota seats and MBA Program.
• Interview/Group Discussion/ Descriptive examination is conducted for among the University Departments which consider marks of interview /Group Discussion/ Descriptive examination in addition to the marks of the entrance test for admission.
• For M.Tech programmes, those candidates with a valid GATE score will be exempted from the entrance test and given preference but need to apply for the program through the portal of Mahatma Gandhi University.
• For MBA program in School of Management & Business Studies, the admission procedure will be in accordance with the rules and regulations of AICTE and Admission Supervisory Committee (ASC).

Confirmation Admission

As the allotment is based only on the entrance score and the information furnished by the candidate online, the eligibility shall be confirmed before the closing of admission. The Head of the institution will verify the details furnished in the allotment memo issued from the University and online application in respect of the candidate by comparing the same with the original documents produced by the candidate before the deadline announced by the University for the same. Any discrepancy which results in the invalidation of the allotment will be reported to the University and admission will be denied in such cases.
