How to fill application form for PG Diploma Admission 2022 (Previous year Details)
For Online Application Form
- Click on the apply online and fill the application form
- Upload passport size photograph (Max size 3 Mb)
- Upload candidate’s signature (Max size 3 Mb)
- If you wish to apply for both the courses, separate applications have to be submitted.
- Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs. 500 (plus processing charges) through credit card, debit card or Internet banking.
For Offline Application Form through Post
- Download and fill the application form. Note that the admit card has to be filled in duplicate
- Send application form for each course separately
- Affix recent Passport size photograph ( You will need three photographs)
- Sign in black or blue ink
- Offline application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft for Rs. 590 in favor of MASCOM and payable at Kottayam.
- If you are applying for both the courses the DD amount should be for Rs. 1000
