3. Exam Pattern for KCET 2020 Preparation
Candidates appearing for the exam must know the other key elements which is Exam pattern of the KCET exam. Exam is conducted in offline mode and it consist of 4 sections which are Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. The duration of each section is 80 minutes. - Type of Questions- There will be Multiple Choice (MCQ) based questions in the exam
- Total Marks: Total marks of exam is 240
- Marking Scheme: For every right answer 1 mark will be given and for every incorrect 0 marks

4. How to Crack KCET 2020?

Tip 1. Mark Important Topics
After gathering all the syllabus topics of the exam. Starting marking the important topics from the chapters. As the syllabus is of first and second PUC, you might be used to the topics. Make the daily routine to cover all the topics from the syllabus and solve at least 2-3 question related to them.
Tip 2. Solve Question Paper
It is better to practice a test, mock test or question paper as per the test timing. Revise the topics and solve at least 10-20 questions on them. Refer to the entrance exam books and solve the question from them to know the level of the exam.
Tip 3. Work on Your Speed
Each section consist of 60 questions and the duration of the exam is 80 minutes (each section). It is difficult for us to solve the question in less than 2 minutes if our speed is less. Speed is the greatest factor of the examination. Try to previous year question paper in the prescribed in time. Daily practicing a question paper, will boost up your speed and accuracy.
Tip 4. Stay Healthy
It is necessary for candidates to stay fit and healthy at the time of examination. Keep the postitive attitute at the time of preparing for the exam. Tip 5. Make Notes
Sometimes we practice our subjects three to four months earlier and by the time our exams draw near we tend to forget all we have learned. As many books you read, it will not be a problem as long as you have understood them all. Mark a note on every page with important points written on the top of the page or stick a color note. This will help you the sifting through each page. Use different colors for each chapter and spare them on the edge of the book.
