Students can download the HP board date sheet 2022 for their respective classes online by simply following the instructions given below.
Step 1. Visit the official website of HPBOSE or click on the direct link on the page above.
Step 2. On the Homepage of the website, click on the “Examinations” option.
Step 3. On clicking “Examinations”, a drop-down will appear. Click on the “Date Sheet” option.
Step 4. You will be redirected to the new page of the Date Sheet. Click on the date sheet of your class.

Important Instructions for Students appearing for HP Board Exam in 2022
There are several instructions mentioned in the HP Board Exam Date Sheet 2022 which students must follow before going for the examination. We will discuss some instructions mentioned in the Date Sheet.
⦁ Visit the examination center before the main exam day if it is a new place for you.
⦁ On the day of examination reach the examination hall at least 15 minutes before to avoid last moment rush.
⦁ An extra 15 minutes will be given to students to read the question paper.
⦁ You are not allowed to carry any electronic devices like a calculator, mobile phone, tablet inside the examination hall. Found with any of these may cancel your exam.
⦁ Carry Admit card with yourself. You must carry at least 2 copies of your Admit card in case one is lost

Students who are going to appear for the HP Board exams for the academic session 2021-22 can take a look at the preparation tips as given below.
⦁ Familiarize yourself with the syllabus: Go through the curriculum of each subject. Knowing the syllabus will help you to analyze the portions of scoring marks, question patterns, and a clear strategy for preparation.
⦁ Make a Schedule: Prepare a well-written schedule on paper for all subjects. Studying with a schedule will help you to maximize output from your studies. It is important to note you should give equal time to each subject and put extra effort into your weaker subjects or topics.
⦁ Solve Previous Year Question Papers: When you are close to the main board exam this tip would be helpful for you. In the last of your preparation start solving previous question papers. It will help you to memorize all the previously learned topics also help in understanding the pattern of questions. In addition, make a habit of solving the paper in the same time slot as your main exam.
⦁ Revise Topics: The effective way to increase your marks is by revising the old topics before you appear for the exam. Just keep in mind that revise the topics that you have already studied earlier while preparation. Do not pick a new topic to study at last the moment this may mess up your well-prepared topics.
HP Board Exam 2021-22 Timings
Candidates can check the examination timings for HPBOSE exams 2022 for class 10th and 12th from below.
- Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education will conduct the board exams in one shift. The shift will be common for regular and private students.
- The timings would be 1:45 pm to 5:00 pm. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours. An extra 15 minutes will be given to students to read the question paper.
- The compartment and Improvement exam is scheduled to conduct in 2 shifts, morning and evening shifts.
- Timing for the morning shift is 8:45 am to 12 pm and 1:45 pm to 5:00 pm for the evening shift.
HP Board Compartment Exam 2022
Students who failed or were absent in any board exam get a chance to reappear in the exam of the next session. The date sheet of the Compartment Exam will be released by the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) after the declaration of the Board result to be held in March. Compartments and improvement exams are expected to start from July 2022.
HP Board Admit Card 2022
Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE) releases the admit cards of class 8th, 10th, and 12th online at its official website. Schools affiliated with the Himachal Pradesh Board can download the admit cards of their students. Students can collect their admit card from their respective schools right before the commencement of the exam. Once admit card is collected, match the details given, and if any issue is found report it to your respective school before the exams start.

About Himachal Pradesh Board
Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, Dharamshala is also known as HPBOSE is situated in Dharamshala established in 1969. When it was situated it had a head-quarter in Shimla later shifted to Dharamshala. The HP Board is the conducting body of HP Board class 10th and 12th every year. Initially, the Board started teaching with only 34 staff which increased to 643. The Board prepares syllabus, courses, and textbooks for schools of Himachal. At present, HPBOSE conducts examinations of class 10th, 12th also, for J.B.T and T.T.C. Every year 5 lakh candidates appear for the examination conducted by HPBOSE. About 8000 schools are currently affiliated with the HPBOSE. The board established about 1846 examination centers within the state.
