AP EAMCET 2021 – Department of Technical Education (DTE), Andhra Pradesh, has started the counselling registration at eapcet-sche.aptonline.in. JNTU Kakinada was conducted AP EAMCET 2021 for the Engineering stream on August 19, 20, 23, 24 & 25, 2021. Whereas, the exam for Agriculture & Pharmacy was held on September 03, 06 & 07, 2021. AP EAMCET is now known by the name Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (EAPCET). The test shall be held at state level, in online (CBT) mode. Candidates who will qualify the exam will get admission in B.Tech, B.Sc (Agriculture), B.Sc (Horticulture), B.Pharma. Pharma D, B.V.Sc & AH etc. courses, at the colleges in AP. AP EAMCET 2021

AP EAMCET 2021 will be announced at sche.ap.gov.in. Candidates who belong to the state of Telangana can also apply for AP EAMCET 2021. However, these candidates need to satisfy eligibility criteria of the exam. Check the AP EAMCET 2021 application form dates from below.

AP EAMCET 2021 Answer Key

The AP EAMCET 2021 Answer Key is released online, as pdf. Along with the answer key, the question paper for the exam is also uploaded on the official website. While download the answer key and question paper, candidates must ensure that:

  • they are download it for correct date.
  • and for correct session.

The answer key contains all the correct answers for the questions asked in the exam. Candidates can use it to predict their score in the exam. JNTU also allows candidates to submit objection against the answer key. When all the objections are submitted, JNTU updates the correct objections in the answer key.

AP EAMCET 2021 Admit Card

AP EAMCET 2021 Admit Card is only released online. Candidates can download it by entering:

  • Registration number
  • Qualifying exam hall ticket number
  • Date of birth

On the exam day, candidates have to carry admit card as a print copy. Other than this, the candidates have to paste a coloured photograph on the admit card. The photo should be attested by Gazetted officer or principal of the college. Candidates have to leave the space for left thumb impression and signature empty. It is only to filled in the presence of invigilator.

Apart from the hall ticket, candidates also need to carry following:

  • Copy of filled in online application form.
  • Ball point pen of balck or blue colour.
  • Attested copy of caste certificate (only applicable for SC / ST candidates).

AP EAMCET 2021 Exam Pattern

The next thing after knowing the syllabus for AP EAPCET is to check the exam pattern for it. The candidates who are preparing for this exam must know the exam pattern because if they know the exam pattern, they will be able to plan out their preparation accordingly and clear the exam in the very first attempt. Candidates can take a look at the exam pattern for AP EAPCET 2021.

  • Nature of the Exam: Computer Based Test
  • Nature of the Questions: Multiple Choice Question

  • Marking Scheme: For each correct answer, candidates get 1 mark. There is no negative marking in the exam.
  • Distribution of Questions: The questions in the exam shall be distributed as follows:

AP EAMCET 2021 Result

The result of AP EAMCET 2021 is also released online. To check the result, candidates need to login by entering registration number and hall ticket number. In the result, the score and rank of the candidates is mentioned.

The score of the candidates is determined on the basis of marking scheme. Then, the marks are normalized to equate the level of difficulty in all the sessions. Whereas, the rank is calculated on the basis of AP EAMCET 2021 and 10+2 marks.

  • 75% weightage is given to AP EAMCET normalized marks and 25% weightage to class 12th marks.

AP EAMCET 2021 Counselling

After the announcement of the result, the counselling of AP EAMCET 2021 is held. In the counselling, various colleges of Andhra Pradesh participate and offer seats in UG courses. The process of AP EAMCET counselling is as follows:

  • Online payment of process fee.
  • Certificate verification
  • Online registration
  • Option entry
  • Seat allotment
  • Reporting at the allocated institute

AP EAMCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The first and the foremost thing which the students have to check is whether they are eligible to appear for the exam or not. It is important because if they straightaway fill the application form of AP EAMCET without checking the eligibility criteria and later it is found that they are not eligible to appear, then the application of the student shall be cancelled at that particular moment.

Only those candidates can appear for AP EAMCET 2021 who have fulfilled the eligibility conditions given below.

Nationality

  • The candidates must be of Indian Nationality / Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holders.
  • The candidates must also satisfy the local / non-local requirements as specified by the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana Educational Institutions.

Academic Qualification

For Engineering, B.Pharm (MPC), B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Ag Engg), B.Tech (Food Science and Tech), B.Sc (Agr. Engg)

  • The candidates must have passed or appeared in the final year of intermediate exam with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optionals or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering & Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana along with the bridge courses or courses conducted by it for the students enrolled from academic year 2000 onwards or any other exam recognized equivalent by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.

OR

  • The candidates must have passed or appear in the final year Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other exam recognized as equivalent by the board.

For Pharm-D course

  • The candidates must have passed or appeared in the final year of Intermediate exam (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optionals conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other equivalent exam recognized by the board OR must have passed or appeared in the final year of Diploma exam in Pharmacy course conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.
  • Also, the candidates must have obtained at least 45% in PCM when taken together (40% for reserved category candidates).

For B.V.Sc & AH / B.Sc (Ag), B.Sc (Hort) / B.F.Sc / B.Tech (FS & T)

  • The candidates must have passed or appeared in 10+2 or any other exam recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana with any 2 or 3 courses given below.

For B.Pharm (Bi PC)

  • The candidates must have passed or appeared in the final year of intermediate exam with Biology, Physics, Chemistry as optionals, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.

For B.Tech (Biotechnology)

  • The candidates must have passed or appeared in the final year of intermediate exam with Biology, Physics, Chemistry as optionals along with bridge course examination in Mathematics, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.

For Pharm D (Bi.PC)

  • The candidates must have passed or appeared in the final year of Intermediate exam (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optionals conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any other equivalent exam recognized by the board OR must have passed or appeared in the final year of Diploma exam in Pharmacy course conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.
  • Also, the candidates must have obtained at least 45% in PCM when taken together (40% for reserved category candidates).

The candidates can get admission in the following Undergraduate courses through AP EAPCET:

AP EAMCET 2021 Application Form

The application form for AP EAMCET 2021 is released online, on sche.ap.gov.in. There is no provision to the submit the offline. The process to apply is as follows:

Step 1 – Pay application fee: First of all, candidates need to pay application fee. It can be paid online, via debit card, credit card, net banking, and AP / TS online. The amount of application fee is as follows:

Agriculture (A) Rs 600 Rs 550 Rs 500
E & A (Both Streams) Rs 1200 Rs 1100 Rs 1000

Mode of payment: The registration fee can be paid using debit card / credit card / net banking or AP / TS Online Centres.

Step 2 – Submit details in AP EAMCET 2021 application form: Once the fee is paid, the candidates get payment reference id. With the help of it, candidates can login and fill following details in the application form:

  • Personal details.
  • Education details
  • Communication details.

Step 3 – Upload images in the application form: After submitting all the details, candidates need to upload images. The candidates have to upload scanned images of photograph and signature. The specification for it should be as follows:

Step 4 – Download printed application form: Lastly, when all the details are filled, candidates need to submit the form and download the confirmation page.

AP EAMCET 2021 Payment Status

After submitting the application form of AP EAMCET 2021, candidates can check their payment status.

  • Through the payment status, candidates can check if their fee has been successfully paid or not.

To do so, the candidates need to go to sche.ap.gov.in and click on ‘Know Your Fee Payment Status’ link. Following this, a login is displayed on the screen. To access it, candidates need to enter qualifying exam hall ticket number, mobile number, date of birth, and stream. After this candidates get to know their payment status.
