A Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges (COMEDK) conducts COMEDK-UGET every year for admission into engineering UG courses in 190 engineering colleges in Karnataka and oversees admission into Karnataka’s B.Arch courses. COMEDK application form can be filled online by the candidates who want to pursue B.E./B.Tech courses. Only those candidates can fill the application form who have completed 10+2 or 2nd PUC with a minimum 45% marks. COMEDK 2022 Application Form
Only the candidates who want admission in B.E./B.Tech courses in colleges of Karnataka have to apply for COMEDK-UGET.

The candidates do not have to fill the COMEDK 2022 application form for admission in B.Arch course. Such candidates have to apply for B.Arch counselling later with NATA / JEE Main 2022 B.Arch scores.

COMEDK 2022 Eligibility Criteria
To fill the application form, candidates must check if they are eligible first. Given below is the eligibility criteria for the engineering (B.E./B.Tech) and architecture (B.Arch) courses:
For the UG engineering (B.E./B.Tech) courses:
- The candidates must have passed 2nd PUC or 10+2 Higher Secondary examination or equivalent examination recognized by State / Central Government. The candidates must have completed last 2 years of study with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.
- The general candidates must have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% aggregate (40% in case of SC / ST / OBC candidates of Karnataka state) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The candidates must have passed these subjects individually too.
- Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Bio-Technology or Biology or Computer Science or Electronics as one of the optional subjects.
Note: Diploma candidates are not eligible to take COMEDK-UGET 2022 as there are no lateral entry admissions.
For the UG architecture (B.Arch) courses:
The candidates must have –
- Passed 10+2 or second PUC.
- Passed above examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 50% (45% for SC / ST / OBC candidates of Karnataka) aggregate marks. Also, the candidates must have passed with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC / ST / OBC candidates of Karnataka) in 10+2 level examination.
- All those candidates who have passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50% (45% for SC / ST / OBC candidates of Karnataka) aggregate marks can also apply if they have individually passed these subjects too.
- Qualified the latest NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) or JEE Main Paper 2. The qualification in NATA is subject to the candidate getting minimum cut-off marks in two individual components and also getting minimum qualifying marks in aggregate.
Note: No entrance test is conducted by COMEDK for admission into B.Arch course. Candidates have to fill separate counselling form for it which is going to be released later.

Photograph of Candidate:
- Photograph must be a recent and not more than 3 months old
- The photo must be a coloured photograph with light background.
- The same image/photo should be used for all the subsequent processes, such as in the admit card of COMEDK 2022.
- The photograph should have a full face view looking into the camera directly.
- The main features of face like the forehead, eyes, nose, and chin must not be covered by hair or any cloth/shadow.
Signature of Candidate
- Candidates must sign on their own in running hand
- Use blue / black ink to sign on a white sheet only.
Signature of Parent/Guardian
- The signature must be done by the Parent/Guardian on a white paper with black/blue pen
- These images are referred to at later stages of the admission process.

Unique Id Proof of Candidate
- Uploaded image must be clear and meeting all norms
- If the ID consists of more than 1 page, make sure to combine the pages and then scan and upload it as a single image.
How to Apply for COMEDK 2022 ?
The candidates need to first register online and then log in using user ID and password to fill the application form. Follow the steps given below to apply for COMEDK 2022:
Registration:
- Visit the official website – comedk.org
- Click on “Register for COMEDK 2022”
- Click on New Registration and fill in the details asked.
- Click on Submit and generate OTP. Then type the OTP sent on the registered mobile no.
- Click on Register and continue to fill the registration form.
- Submit the form. User ID and password will be sent through SMS and E-mail.
Application Login and Form Filling:
- After registration, log in again using user ID and password.
- Click on “Go to Application”
- Select exam the candidate is applying for and fill all the necessary details.
- Upload the required documents according to the given format and verify all the details in Preview page.
- Click on “Submit” after selecting the fee payment mode.
- Pay the application fee and check the application status after logging in again.
- Save the application and take a print out for future reference.
Multiple application forms submitted by the same candidate will lead to rejection of candidature.

COMEDK 2022 Application Form Correction
The application form correction facility opens under the respective logins of the candidates online at comedk.org. To edit certain details, candidates have to login using their login details and complete the corrections, if any, within the given time frame.
The below given details can be edited in the application form:
- Uploading photo and signatures

- Academic details.
The details that cannot be edited are:
- Applicant’s name
- Date of birth
- Email id
- Phone number
- ID proof
- Exam centres / Test cities chosen earlier
COMEDK authority will not take any request for changes via any other mode of communication.
The applicants must check their application status through their log in profile regularly as rejection of application, if any, will not be notified through any other communication medium.
COMEDK 2022 Admit Card
Subscribe For Latest Updates
Admit Card/ Online Test Admission Ticket (TAT) for COMEDK 2022 is going to be made available under applicant login of the COMEDK website.
Released Where and When: On the official website of COMEDK- comedk.org around 2 weeks before the date of examination.
Information on Admit Card: All the details like TAT no., examination centre, reporting time and exam timing will be given on the admit card.
How to get Admit Card: Admit card needs to be downloaded from COMEDK website through “Applicant Login”. Log in and download the TAT. No admit card will be sent by post or mail.
Things to bring with Admit Card: Printed copy of the downloaded admit card with the latest coloured passport size photograph pasted on it with an original photo ID.
Candidates are not allowed to appear in the exam without the print out of Admit Card along with other documents indicated thereon. Also, candidates have to retain COMEDK 2022 admit card for counselling and until the completion of the admission process.
Candidates won’t be able to download their TATs (admit cards) after 1 day before the exam date. So, make sure to download and print out TAT well in time.
