The officials have also informed that the exact date for the result has not yet has been announced. How CBSE 10th, 12 Result 2022 is Calculated?

For the academic session 2021-2022, the exam pattern is new for every student, and teacher also. This means the result calculation method has been modified. The same is reflected here.

  • CBSE Examination is being held in two terms: Term-I and Term-II.
  • The Term-I exam is for 40 marks and will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) only.
  • Students are awarded CGPA based on their performance. The more you score, the great CGPA will be awarded.
  • The final score is based on the performance in Inter Assessment and External Examination.
  • If any student passed in every subject, he/she will be considered as a Pass. Otherwise, a failed student.

How to Check CBSE Result 2022 for Class 10th, 12th?

In this section, we have different ways to check CBSE results. If you appeared in the CBSE Class 10th or 12th examination, you can follow these to check your scorecard. Keep your Admit Card with yourself.

From the CBSE Official Website

1st Step: Visit the CBSE Result website at

2nd Step: You can see the Exam Year and links for various Exam Results. Select your Class and Term.

From DigiLocker

DigiLocker is an online storage locker that keeps your personal document. Similarly, your CBSE result can also be seen through DigiLocker.

1st Step: At first, create your DigiLocker Account (if not made yet). After the verification process, you can fetch your documents.

2nd Step: After then, Sign In to your account. Enter Aadhar/Mobile Number and 6 digit security pin.

3rd Step: On your account, you can see the CBSE Class X and Class XII Marksheet tab. Click on the tab of your class.

4th Step: A result will be opened in a pdf format. You can save it for future use.

What after CBSE Result 2021-22 Declaration?

As soon as CBSE declares Secondary (Class X) and Senior Secondary (Class XII) results, students can check their scorecard by following any of the methods given above. Viewing your result online is not enough, right after you have to collect your mark sheet also. The school will call every student to collect his/her mark sheet. Class 10th and 12th mark sheets will be asked to submit at the time of admission to college or university.

Also after the result declaration, students have varieties of choices. If they are not satisfied with their marks, they can apply for the Improvement exam. If they fail in any subject, they can appear in the compartment exam. Also, if they doubt marks, they can apply for a re-evaluation of the answer sheet.

How to Apply for CBSE Re-evaluation 2022 of Answersheet?

If any student doubts their marks in any subject and wishes to look for an answer sheet. In that case, they can apply for a re-evaluation process. The re-evaluation process goes online on the CBSE website. CBSE board will release the schedule and notification notifying the start of marks verification, obtaining photocopy of the Answer Sheet, and re-evaluation process. If you wish to apply for the re-evaluation process, follow the steps given below.

  • On the CBSE website, click on the “Apply for Re-evaluation” option.
  • Enter required details. Then click on the Proceed button to move forward.
  • An Undertaking slip will be generated. Save the slip and follow the instructions mentioned
  • Upload documents like mark sheet, photocopy of the answer sheet. And move to pay the required fee.
  • Pay the required fee. Note down the Reference/Application Number for future use.
  • The candidate will get a revised result only if any of the claims go in the favor of a candidate.

Note: Please note, only those students can apply for re-evaluation who have applied for the photocopy of the answer sheet.

CBSE Compartment Exam 2022

The CBSE board conducts Compartment Exam for those students who have failed in one or more subjects. The board conducts a compartment examination after two months of result declaration. The compartment exam follows the exact curriculum and pattern as that of the regular exam. Student appearing for the compartment exam is considered private candidate. The online registration process for the compartment exam will begin online on the CBSE website. Students who wish to appear in the exam, can register themselves and download the admit card.
