CBSE to NOT to give ‘6 grace marks’ for class 12 Accountancy Paper

CBSE board has clarified that the report claiming “up to 6 grace marks” will be given to class 12 students for Accountancy is fake. In a statement released by the board, it says that ‘It has been brought to the notice of the Board that fake news reports allegedly quoting an audio message in the name of the controller of examination, CBSE is being circulated claiming that due to an error in class 12 Accountancy term 1 paper conducted on December 13 “up to 6 grace marks” will be given.’

Meanwhile, an audio statement of the controller of the exam Sanyam Bhardwaj was released in which he said that students don’t need to worry as those who have attempted Questions 28 and 31 correctly will score around 38 marks and the board will give them grace marks up to six. Furthermore, he added that the change in the Accountancy paper last minute came as a shock to many students. However, later on, it was announced that the audio message circulating is fake.
