How is BVP CET 2022 Result Calculated?
The university calculates the result according to the performance of the candidates in the respective entrance test for various programmes. This result calculation procedure is common for all Bhartiya Vidyapeeth CET 2022 examinations.
Calculation of raw score
- 01 marks are awarded for the correct answers
- There is no negative marking
After that, the total marks are calculated as per the marking scheme.
Raw Score = +1 x (total no. of correct answer) + 0 x (total no. of incorrect answer)
Preparation of Merit list: After the calculation of scores, the merit list of different courses are prepared. The merit list also indicates the rank of the candidates according to their scores in CET.
Steps to Check BVP CET Result 2022
The result for all the entrance test conducted by the university is declared in the online mode only. Check the steps given below to check BVP CET result 2022.

Step 2: Next, find the merit list of the respective entrance test and click on it.

Step 3: Next, enter the e-mail id and mobile number.

Step 3: After entering the details, click on the ‘login’ button.
Step 4: Finally, download the merit list that is displayed on the screen and save it for future reference.
Tie-Breaking Criteria for BVP CET 2022
If in case, two or more candidates obtain same marks then, the following tie-breaking criteria is followed.
For B.Tech
- First preference is given to the candidates with higher marks in Mathematics in entrance test
- If there is still a tie, candidates with higher marks in class 12th is given preference
- If the tie still exists, then, the candidates with higher aggregate marks in class 10th is considered.
- If still the scores are same, then, the candidates are ranked according to the computerized random numbering
MEVST / MGI
- If the candidates obtains same marks in the entrance test, then, the marks in the qualifying examination is considered.
For BBA / BCA / BHMCT / B.Sc (H & HA) / BMAT
- Firstly, the marks of HSC are considered.
- If the tie still persists, then, the marks of SSC is taken into consideration
- If still the scores are same, then, the candidates are ranked according to the computerized random numbering
For B.Tech, B.Pharm, Pharm D, ABON 2022
- Firstly, the candidates with higher marks in Biology in the entrance exam is given priority
- Firstly, the candidates with higher marks in Chemistry is given preference
- If the tie is still there, then, total marks in Biology, Chemistry, Physics of class 12th are taken into account
- If the tie is still there, then, the total marks of class 10 is considered.
- If still the scores are same, then, the computerized random selection is done
For B.Sc Nursing
- The first preference shall be given to the candidates with higher marks in Biology in the entrance exam.
- If there is still a tie, then, candidate with higher total marks in 12th class subjects Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English are considered
- If there is still a tie then, SSC marks are considered.
- If still the scores are still same, then, the candidates are ranked according to the computerized random numbering
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
- First preference is given to the candidates with higher marks in GNM final year exam.
- If there is still a tie, then candidates with higher marks in HSC or equivalent exam is considered.
- If the tie still exists, then, 10th class marks are considered and candidate with higher marks is given preference.
- If still the scores are same, then, the computerized random selection is done
For B.Optom (Lateral Entry) (EYECET)
- Firstly, the candidate obtaining higher marks in Diploma examination is considered
- If the tie is still there, then, the candidates with higher marks in 12th standard is considered
- If the tie still persists, then, the higher marks in Biology / Maths, Physics, Chemistry of 12th class is considered and candidate with higher marks is given priority
- In case of still a tie, the candidate with higher 10th class marks is considered
- If still the scores are same, then, the computerized random selection is done
For B.Optom
- If the tie is still there then, the candidates with higher marks in Chemistry is given preference
- If the tie is still there, then, total marks in Biology, Chemistry, Physics of class 12th are taken into account
- If the tie is still there, then, the total marks of class 10 are considered.
- If still the scores are same, then, the candidates are ranked according to the computerized random numbering
M.Sc (Audiology)
- Firstly, the candidates with higher aggregate marks in BASLP is given preference
- If the tie is still there then, T.Y. BASLP marks are considered
- If the tie still persists, then, the candidates with long work experience is considered
- In case of still a tie, 12th class marks are considered
- If still the scores are same, then, the computerized random selection is done
BA SLP
- Candidates with higher marks in Biology in the entrance exam is given preference
- If there is still a tie, then, the marks Biology, Physics, Chemistry is considered and candidate with higher marks is given preference
- If the tie still exists, then, class 10th marks are considered
- If still the scores are same, then, the computerized random selection is done
M.Arch
- First preference is given to GATE qualified candidate
- Then, if there is still a tie, then, candidates with higher marks in B.Arch is given preference
- In case of still a tie, 12th class marks are considered.
- If still the scores are same, then, the computerized random selection is done
For M.Sc Nursing
- Firstly, candidates with higher marks in B.Sc Nursing is considered
- If there is still a tie, then, the candidates with higher marks in HSC is given preference
- If there is still a tie, then, SSC marks is considered
- If still the scores are same, then, the candidates are ranked according to the computerized random numbering
MEYECET
- The candidates with higher marks in Group Discussion is given preference
- Then, the candidates with higher marks in 4 year B.Optom is considered
- If the tie is still there, then, the marks of class 12th in Biology, Physics, Chemistry subjects is considered
- If the tie still persists, then, class 10th marks are considered
- If still the scores are same, then, the computerized random selection is done
CET- MBT
- First preference is given to the candidates with higher marks in Graduation
- If there is still a tie, then, the candidates with higher marks in 12th class is given preference
- If still, the scores are same, then, the computerized random selection is done
Pharm PG
- First preference will be given to the candidates with higher GPAT score
- If there is still a tie, then, preference will be given to the candidates with higher marks in B.Pharm exam
- If there is still a tie, then, the marks of all four years of B.Pharm is considered.
Pharm UG
- The first preference shall be given to the candidates with higher marks in Chemistry in the entrance exam
- If the tie still exists, the candidates with higher total marks in the 12th class marks get a higher rank

BVP CET 2022 Counselling
After the declaration of result, the candidates are required to appear for BVP CET 2022 counselling. The candidates can check the counselling schedule at bvuniversity.edu.in. The seats in the particular course according to the rank in the entrance test and according to the availability of seats. During the counselling, the candidates are required to carry the following documents.

- Leaving / transfer certificate from the institution last attended

If the candidates choose to withdraw from the programme after the admission, then, following terms and conditions are followed.
