- First of all, the candidate with higher Part C is given a better rank
- If there is still a tie, then the candidate with higher marks in Part A is allotted a better rank
In case the candidates get equal marks in each of the test papers, the older candidate is given preference at the time of admission.

Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (AP EdCET 2021) is conducted for the admission into B.Ed regular course. The common entrance test is conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of APSCHE. The test consists of 150 multiple-choice questions. There are 3 parts in the exam.
