ACPC Merit List 2021 – Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), will releasing Provisional Merit List (GUJCET Based) at gujacpc.nic.in. Candidates can check it from below. The merit lists for ACPC 2021 will be released for those students who have applied for the respective courses and are eligible for the courses in which they are willing to seek admission. Only after the completion of the registration process, ACPC announced the merit list of all the eligible candidates. Check the important dates regarding ACPC merit list 2021 from the table given below.

Step 4: Lastly, download the merit list and save it for future references.

Preparation of ACPC Merit List 2021

The process for the preparation of ACPC merit list is given below.

For D2D Engineering courses

A. Government Seats

  • The merit list for D2D Engineering courses is done according to the marks obtained in the best of ten subjects by the candidates who have passed diploma under MPEC system.
  • Also, the theory marks obtained in the subjects of the last two semesters by the candidates who have passed the diploma course under Non-MPEC / semester system, or the STPI system of the last two semester systems, as the case maybe:

Order of merit in case the candidates have secured equal marks:

  • Aggregate percentage marks / CGPA Diploma certificate
  • Theory percentage of marks / STPI of Semester 6 Diploma examination
  • Theory percentage of marks / STPI of Semester 5 Diploma examination
  • Overall percentage of / SPI of semester 6 of Diploma examination
  • Overall percentage of / SPI of semester 5 of Diploma examination
  • Date of birth will be given consideration (Older candidates will be given priority)

B. Management Seats: The merit list of the candidates who have passed qualifying examination from school located in India (including Gujarat) is based on the theory marks obtained in the subjects of last two semesters of the diploma courses.

Preparation of Merit List for B.E / B.Tech

A. For the students who have passed the qualifying examination from Gujarat and appeared in GUJCET 2021:

  • 50% of the weightage is given to the theory subjects of the qualifying exam (PCM)
  • 50% of the weightage is given to the candidates who have qualified GUJCET 2021

B. For students who have passed the qualifying examination from the school located in India (including Gujarat) and appeared in JEE Main 2021

  • The merit list of the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the schools located in India (including Gujarat) from a recognized board as recognized by the Gujarat Board and have appeared in JEE Main examination is prepared on the basis of the All India Rank of JEE Main examination of the corresponding year.

Note: A common merit list will be prepared for GSEB, CBSE, ICSE, Camridge, IB and NIOS board.

Preparation of Merit List for M.E. / M.Tech / M.Pharm

The merit list for these courses shall be prepared considering the following points:

  • First of all, the scores of GATE / GPAT are considered to prepare the merit list
  • If the seats remain vacant, the marks secured in PGCET are considered.
  • Next, the marks of the qualifying examination are considered.

Preparation of MBA / MCA Merit List

  • The merit list for MBA / MCA is prepared according to the marks of CMAT.

Order of Merit in case the students have equal marks

  • First of all, marks obtained in QT & Data Intrepretation section are considered
  • Then, marks obtained in General Awareness section are considered
  • Next, marks obtained in Language Comprehension are taken into account
  • Marks obtained in Mathematics examination of class 10th exam are considered
  • Lastly, the marks obtained in class 10th are taken into account

What After the Release of ACPC Merit List 2021?

After the release of ACPC merit list, the candidates have to do the choice filling. The candidates are advised to submit the maximum number of choices available to ensure admission. After the completion of the choice filling process, ACPC allot admission on the basis of the merit and choices submitted by the candidates. The candidates can then, pay the admission fee to confirm the admission.

ACPC will release the PCB and PCM Percentile table (As provided by respective Board) for Gujcet, GSEB, CBSE, ISCE, and Cambridge. Candidates can check it from the link provided below and it is given in pdf format.
